Job summary

CareVet in Fort Thomas, KY is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative for a small animal clinic. You will greet clients, answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, and support client accounts while delivering compassionate care to pets.

This full-time role offers a starting wage of $15.00 per hour, a weekday schedule, and benefits including 401(k), health insurance, PTO, and pet care discounts.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $15.00/hour (living wage)
• Full-time: 30–35 hours/week
• Monday–Friday only (closed weekends!)
• Start time: 8:00 AM
