Wallowa County Chamber of Commerce is seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative for a busy veterinary clinic in Nevada. You will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, helping create a welcoming experience and supporting daily clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
• Answer phones, emails, and text messages and assist clients with questions.
• Schedule appointments and help coordinate daily patient flow.
• Triage client concerns and communicate urgent matters to the veterinary team.
• Present treatment estimates, process payments, and assist with billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate medical records and client information.
• Assist with prescription refill requests and referral coordination.
• Support patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and management to ensure smooth clinic operations.
