Job summary

Kim Nava- State Farm Agency in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will focus on delivering excellent customer service for State Farm clients and helping customers understand insurance options.

Candidates with sales experience, strong communication, and ability to obtain Property Casualty and Life/Health licenses are encouraged to apply. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Kim Nava- State Farm Agency, located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent.

If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Answer phones and greet clients
