Kim Nava - State Farm Agency in Ft. Lauderdale, FL is seeking a full-time Sales Representative. Training will be provided; license goals include Property & Casualty and Life & Health. Opportunity for bonus/commission and health insurance reimbursement.

Ideal candidate is self-motivated, excels in a fast-paced environment, and can open doors with cold prospects, building relationships and delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Property & Casulty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain).
• Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to open doors and set appointments from a cold start.
• Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Develop new Financial Service opportunities with both existing and new clients.
• Great bonus/commission potential if you are a top performer.
