Kim Nava- State Farm Agency in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will focus on delivering excellent customer service for State Farm clients and helping customers understand insurance options.

Candidates with sales experience, strong communication, and ability to obtain Property Casualty and Life/Health licenses are encouraged to apply. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet clients.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
