Eau Claire Ford Lincoln is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to greet guests, share vehicle updates, and guide customers from first contact to service completion. The role emphasizes a friendly, team-focused environment and strong people skills.

The position is full-time, with a consistent Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and a rotating third Saturday shift. $16.50–$18.50 hourly pay plus monthly bonuses is offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to stay professional and positive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain courteous and professional while handling difficult or challenging situations.
• Automotive experience is a plus, a great attitude is a must!

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

We’re looking for a friendly, upbeat people-person who enjoys teamwork, making customers smile, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. (Bonus points if you’re funny... and other people agree!)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Greet guests when they drive up to the Quick Lane in a timely, friendly manner
• Communicate vehicle updates and repair recommendations with guests
• Keep guests informed and answer their questions
• Help deliver an excellent guest experience from start to finish

PAY & SCHEDULE

$16.50 to $18.50 per hour + monthly customer service bonuses!

• Paid every Friday VIA direct deposit
• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
• You will work every 3rd Saturday, 8am to 3pm
  • On the weeks you work Saturday, you will have the Monday before off!

REQUIREMENTS / WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
