Mullinax Ford is seeking a Quick Lane Advisor to join our team and ensure a smooth service experience. You will document customer concerns, coordinate with technicians, and communicate clearly throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant.
• Previous experience at a car dealership is preferred.
• Ability to identify the problem quickly.
• Knowledge of automobiles.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs.
• Prepare detailed service orders and estimates.
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
