Eau Claire Ford Lincoln is hiring a Sales Consultant to meet new people, understand customer needs, and guide them to the right Ford or Lincoln vehicle. You will deliver exciting test drives and present features with confidence in a supportive team environment.

What We're Looking For

You don't need automotive experience, we can teach that.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, positive, and enjoys talking with people.
• Motivated by goals and performance.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• A great communicator and team player.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.
• Possesses a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, and previous sales experience are all great backgrounds for this role.
