PostcardMania is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary customer contact from order placement through completion. The role collaborates with design, mailing list, printing, and mailing teams to ensure accuracy, deadlines, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling phone, email, and live chat interactions, coordinating orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service Representative

Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

We are seeking a customer-focused, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s marketing campaign. You will be the customer’s primary point of contact from order placement through completion, coordinating with our design, mailing list, printing, and mailing teams to ensure orders are accurate, deadlines are met, and customers are completely satisfied.

• Coordinate customer orders and instructions with internal departments.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Resolve customer questions and issues professionally.
• Ensure accuracy, follow-through, and timely completion of orders.

Compensation & Schedule

• $19.50/hour starting pay
• $20.50/hour after training and favorable performance review
• Up to $400/month bonus after approximately 3–6 months
• Paid training
• Full-time, in-office
• Monday–Friday, 9:0 AM–6:00 PM

Requirements
