• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Meal Break 1hr)
• Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Meal Break 30 min)

We are seeking a customer-oriented Call Center Advocate to join our team. This on-site role serves as a key liaison between our company and our customers by providing product and service information, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
