Customer Service Representative

Full time(40Hours) or Part time(20-30 Hours)

Our amazing team is looking for a Client Service Representative who genuinely enjoys people and excels at building relationships. You’ll create a warm first impression, help clients feel heard and supported, and strengthen the bond between families and our team.

Customer service experience is more important than medical knowledge - we can teach that.

This role is fast-paced and requires someone who can manage multiple tasks, stay calm under pressure, and remain organized and detail-focused. You must be eager to learn medical terminology and help triage patient needs so pets get the right care at the right time.

This is nota path to the medical side of our practice—it’s a role for someone who wants to focus on the humans who call, message, or walk through our doors, and make their experience feel calm, clear, and genuinely cared for. You’ll do this in a Fear Free handling environment alongside a team practicing high-quality medicine in a modern, beautiful, impeccably clean facility.
