Job summary

All City Pet Care East is seeking a compassionate Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our busy veterinary hospital team in Sioux Falls. You will be the first and last impression for clients, answer a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, check patients in and out, process payments, and support the doctors and technicians to keep the day running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person.
• Veterinary experience is a plus but is not required.

All City Pet Care East is looking for a compassionate, dependable full-time Client Service Representative to join our team! Our CSRs are the first and last impression our clients have of our hospital. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that exceptional customer service can make a stressful situation a little easier for both pets and their families.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly, professional attitude.

Experience

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday mornings
• Closed Sundays
