Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule and coordinate veterinary appointments.
• Assist clients with questions and direct calls to the appropriate team member.
• Take messages and complete client callbacks.
• Process prescription and medication refill requests.
• Check clients in and assist with front-desk needs as needed.
• Collect payments and accurately process transactions.
• Maintain accurate client and patient information.
• Communicate effectively with veterinary doctors, technicians, assistants, and other team members.
• Provide compassionate and professional customer service, especially when clients are worried about their pets.
• Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient reception area.
• Follow clinic policies and established scheduling and communication procedures.
