3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver friendly, efficient service to clients and their pets. This full-time role includes greeting visitors, coordinating appointments, handling payments, and guiding clients through our services.

You will manage medical records, support office operations, and work to maintain a clean, welcoming facility while upholding our commitment to patient care and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and answering telephones to assist clients and their pets
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach to prospective clients
• Explaining fees and processing payments
• Recommending and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions
• Educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
• Maintaining a clean and orderly facility inside and outside

Client Service Representative (FULL TIME)

We are seeking an experienced, personable “service extraordinaire” to join our team as a Client Service Representative.

Job Type: FULL TIME

Pay Range: $18-$22 depending on experience

Why We Need You

• Customer service functions, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound calls for follow‑ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
• Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non‑medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside.
