Smylie One Heating & Cooling I is growing its Customer Service Team and seeks a professional to deliver top-notch service by phone and email. The CSR will handle calls, schedule appointments, and support field technicians with orders and payments.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated with excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, and will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package. Starting range $17-19 with overtime.

As a CSR at Smylie One, you will provide exceptional service to our customers via phone and email. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Answering incoming phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Outbound calling to existing customers (No Cold Calling!)
• Assisting field technicians with items like part orders, scheduling projects, or payments
• Appointment confirmations
• Light administrative work during down time

Starting Range $17-19 with overtime

Full Time position Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm

The position requires a well-organized individual with the ability to adapt to a fast paced, changing environment. Applicant must be reliable, flexible and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
