Job summary

Global Exterior Experts, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team. You will communicate with customers to identify needs, process requests, and provide helpful solutions for a great service experience.

The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and remains calm under pressure. Responsibilities include handling high volumes of inquiries, using scripts, documenting interactions, and meeting personal and team quotas while participating in ongoing trainings to stay

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a Customer Service role preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and customer management software.
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
