Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customer inquiries and ensure a positive client experience. This is a 6-month contract with potential for conversion, located near Alpharetta, GA, with a schedule that is remote with in-office 1-2 times per month.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues within SLAs, document interactions, and escalate when needed. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails).
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes within SLAs.
• Communicate updates and outcomes to customers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams.
• Document all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.

Our client is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to support customer inquiries and ensure a positive client experience. This is an opportunity that is an initial 6-month contract looking to hire Full-Time located near Alpharetta, GA.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with customers, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule- Remote (1-2 times a month in office)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to products and services
• Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or follow-up as needed
• Manage a mix of inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, etc.)
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes within established SLAs
• Communicate updates and outcomes of inquiries or investigations to customers
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Accurately document all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions
