Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to products and services.
• Identify customer issues and provide solutions or follow-up as needed.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails).
• Investigate and resolve customer disputes within SLAs.
• Communicate updates and outcomes to customers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams.
• Document all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
