Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Representative. This is a 02+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $22 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; Customer Service, Workflow Manager, MS Office
  • Multiple systems knowledge (ECPD, ACSS, WFM)
  • Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commitment of Quality Assurance
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
