Job summary

Vaco is partnering with a client in the packaging industry on the southwest side of Indianapolis to hire a Customer Service Representative. You will be the primary contact for inbound calls, handle order processing, and assist walk-in customers.

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer calls.
• Process orders and assist walk-in customers.
• Enter and manage orders in Acumatica ERP.
• Resolve customer issues and answer product questions.
• Educate customers on products/services.
• Escalate complex questions to sales when needed.
• Grow into outbound prospecting to set meetings for the sales team.
