WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) in Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Services Representative/Window Clerk for a full-time hourly role. You will handle customer service by phone, email, and at the service window, reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

The position supports warehouse staff, customers, and truck drivers in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, with responsibilities including data entry, order checks, invoicing, and maintaining up-to-date

• Self-motivated and works well with limited direction

• Willing to double check orders on warehouse docks
• Understanding of customer rate structure and billable occurrences, invoicing

We are hiring for a Customer Services Representative/Window Clerk. In this position, you will be responsible for customer service on the phone, through email and at the service window. This full-time hourly position will report to the Warehouse Manager and be primarily responsible for establishing assisting in the needs of the warehouse staff, customers and truck drivers. The shift for this position is going to be 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.

• Have working knowledge of the company and customer computer systems
