Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a window associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team in New Jersey. This role supports customers and on-site management with shipping, receiving, and billing tasks.

You will need strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and solid data entry and communication abilities to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery appointments in a compliant, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3 months verifiable customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent data entry and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and handle incoming calls.
• Verify information against bills of lading, invoices, or orders.
• Set daily delivery appointments.
• Process incoming deliveries and completed loads.
• Resolve shipping/receiving issues with internal staff.
• Maintain paperwork daily.
• Follow GMP and report noncompliance when observed.
• Adhere to safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.

Description of the Position: The window associate position is a fast-paced environment. This position is essential to the operation’s success as it works closely with customers and on-site management to manage shipping and receiving as well as billing and invoicing. It requires organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task in an efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service assistance to customers and manages incoming calls.
• Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
• Set daily delivery appointments.
• Process incoming deliveries.
• Process completed loads.
• Resolve any issues with shipping and/or receiving with internal staff.
• Files paperwork daily.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.
