Grabber Construction Products in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the first line of contact for customers, support operations in the warehouse, and ensure service excellence. Responsibilities include handling calls, maintaining email inboxes, providing product knowledge, and processing orders for pickup or delivery.

The role requires strong communication, basic inventory lookup, and collaboration with sales and management to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and manage branch or region email inbox.
• Provide product knowledge and build sales; enter orders.
• Ensure orders are picked up or delivered; process payments when required.
• Look up inventory and quote customers.
• Provide support to branch staff and communicate with sales team on trends.
• Support customers and sales team in region or local branch.
• Back up warehouse staff and delivery drivers when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Role

Customer Service Representatives play a critical role in the success of our business as the first line of contact to our customers . The target is to ensure customer service excellence . This role may also support Operations in the warehouse in helping back up team members for pulling orders and loading materials.

Duties and Responsibilities

• -Answer s phone calls
• -M aintains branch or region order email inbox
• -P rovide s product knowledge
• -B uild s sales, enter s orders
• -E nsur e s orders are filled for pick up or scheduled for delivery and payments received if required .
• -L ook s up inventory
• -Q uote s customers
• -Provides support to Branch Staff for either one or multiple locations, depending on size and scope.
• -Communicate s with the sales team and management of selling trends and customer satisfaction.
• -Provide s support to customers and sales team in region or assigned to local branch
• - May help back up warehouse associates and delivery drivers by assignment when short staffed or when a surge in orders occurs.
• - Performs a ll other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Qualifications

• -2 Years of Customer Service Experience preferred
• - Previous experience working a warehouse a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• -Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook
• -Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

Work Conditions

• -Mainly inside , possibly in the warehouse or outside for short periods of time
• -Standing and s itting at desk while working on computer
• -Operating a forklift as a backup (after being properly trained)
• -Delivery Driving in company trucked (after being properly trained)-Lifting capabilities 4 0 lbs .

• -Around warehouse equipment and vehicles
