Job Store Staffing in South Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a temporary, part-time role handling B2B order processing, issue resolution, and key account support.

You will enter customer orders via email, EDI, phone, and fax into the ERP system, apply discounts and shipping instructions, investigate delays and credits, and maintain a regular outbound call cycle with existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B customer service, inside sales, or order entry (manufacturing, CPG, or distribution preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), ERP/order-management software, and 10-key entry.
• Strong grasp of business math (discounts, percentages) and clear, professional written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders (via email, EDI, phone, and fax) into the ERP system accurately using 10-key; apply approved discounts, terms, and shipping instructions.
• Investigate shipping delays, billing discrepancies, and damaged product claims; issue adjustments and credits promptly.
• Maintain a regular outbound call cycle with existing accounts and prospects, introducing new products and updates.
• Work with labeling, warehouse, and management to track inventory, back-orders, and delivery timelines.

Location: South Colorado Springs, CO Pay: $20/hour Shift: Monday and Tuesday – 16-20 hours/week Duration: Approximately 8-10 weeks
