Job summary

New Generation Wellness, a century-old family-owned dietary supplement manufacturer, is hiring a part-time, temporary Customer Service Representative for B2B order entry. This on-site role in Colorado Springs requires 2+ years in customer service, strong data-entry skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Daily tasks include processing orders via fax/EDI/email/phone, answering status questions, and resolving shipping/billing issues.

Qualifications

2+ years in customer service, call center, sales desk, or order entry, including outbound calls.
Fast, accurate data entry (10-key).
Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfort calculating discounts, percentages, and pricing.
Calm, courteous approach with upset customers.
ERP or EDI experience preferred; B2B manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Enter customer orders from fax, EDI, email, and phone into ERP accurately.
Answer questions on order status, inventory, and deliveries.
Investigate and resolve order, shipping, and billing issues; process credits/exchanges.
Make outbound calls to key accounts and promote products.
Review open-order and back-order reports; inform customers and internal teams.
