This full-time dispatch position works Monday-Friday. On-call hours may be required depending on company needs.

As a full-time Customer Service Rep - Plumber Dispatcher, you keep our day-to-day operations running like a well‑oiled machine. When service calls come in, you promptly answer and thoroughly assess the customer's every need. After pinpointing the issue, you quickly schedule a service appointment and make outbound calls when needed. Highly organized, you dispatch our technicians for appointments, ensuring they get where they need to be on time and with as much information about the job as possible.
