My Georgia Plumber is looking for a Customer Service and Dispatch Coordinator- someone who can juggle phones, schedules, and maybe even a plumber or two.

We call this role part Concierge, part People Tracker, and 100% essential to our day-to-day success. You'll be the first voice our customers hear and the one who keeps our field team running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answer high volumes of inbound calls from customers who need help, stat
• Provide calm, helpful, and friendly service-even when things get a little messy
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians
• Prioritize tasks and manage last-minute changes like a pro
• Use software tools (ServiceTitan experience = big plus) to document and dispatch jobs
• Keep communication flowing between our office and technicians
• Stay organized, even on the busiest days

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience handling 100+ calls on high-volume days
• Strong multitasking skills-you'll need them
• Excellent phone etiquette and written communication
• Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail
• ServiceTitan software experience
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• A great sense of humor (seriously, it helps)
