Cooper’s Plumbing & Air is looking for a Dispatcher to join our team serving Southwest Georgia, Tallahassee, and surrounding areas. The role focuses on coordinating HVAC installations and service calls with a courteous, professional approach.

The successful candidate will multitask efficiently, maintain accuracy, and use MS Office daily. HVAC knowledge is a plus, and the position is in-person with competitive pay and benefits.

• Take detailed notes for service calls and enter them into the system.

• Utilize a courteous and pleasant demeanor to ensure the customer is satisfied and that all needed information is received during the call
• Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move and generating revenue
• Help the field team by taking detailed notes for service calls and entering them into our system
• Get to know your technician’s, likes and dislikes, closing ratios, licenses, communication skills and more to help them be successful
• Answer customer questions
• Impact the company's bottom line by problem-solving and turning frustrated clients into a repeat customer
