Responsabilidades

• Dispatch for dollars by making strategic scheduling decisions that maximize opportunities, minimize downtime, and support technician productivity.
• Match technicians to calls based on strengths, experience, location, job type, and customer needs.
• Own the dispatch board by monitoring schedules, anticipating challenges, and adjusting assignments as the day unfolds.
• Conduct job debriefs with technicians after jobs wrap up, review outcomes, and identify next steps.
• Partner with management to alert about important opportunities, challenging calls, or technicians needing support.
• Coordinate with technicians, CSRs, and management to keep the day running smoothly.
• Communicate with customers to provide scheduling updates and handle questions or concerns.
• Think ahead to identify scheduling gaps, delays, and opportunities before they become problems.

Experienced Service Dispatcher – Fully Remote (Georgia Only)

This is a fully remote position. Applicants must live and work in Georgia.

What You'll Do

• Dispatch for dollars! Make strategic scheduling decisions that maximize opportunities, minimize downtime, and support technician productivity.
• Get the right tech to the right job. Match technicians to calls based on strengths, experience, location, job type, and customer needs.
• Own the dispatch board. Monitor schedules, anticipate challenges, and adjust assignments as the day unfolds.
• Conduct job debriefs. Follow up with technicians as jobs wrap up, review outcomes, and identify next steps.
• Partner with management. Alert managers to important job opportunities, challenging calls, or technicians who may need support. Recognize when management involvement could improve an outcome and communicate proactively.
• Keep everyone connected. Coordinate with technicians, CSRs, and management to keep the day running smoothly.
• Communicate with customers. Professionally handle scheduling updates, questions, and occasional concerns.
• Think ahead! Identify scheduling gaps, delays, and opportunities before they become problems.
