externallincarecareers seeks a detail-oriented customer service representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, document calls and intakes in our system, and verify demographic details for accuracy. You will read patient orders and understand pharmacy terminology to assist clinicians and patients.

The role requires precise data entry and the ability to train new staff while following written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Must meet any licensing requirements for the location.
• Computer entry experience is required.
