This full-time, on-site role requires living in the Dallas metroplex, with no remote option. Starting pay is $18.25 per hour, with potential raises within the first six months; bilingual English/Spanish candidates may qualify for higher pay.

Qualifications

• Onsite role located in Frisco, TX.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, full-time on-site.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for higher pay.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide helpful information.
• Resolve customer concerns with care and accuracy.
• Document interactions and resolution steps in CRM.
• Meet performance metrics including quality scores, schedule adherence, ACW, and AHT.
