Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative for a hybrid 12+ month contract in Midland, MI. Pay is $23.77/hr on a W-2, with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong English communication, and excellent multitasking and attention to detail. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) and Microsoft Office is preferred.
