Job summary

rabbittransit in York, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help riders plan trips, provide service information, and resolve issues. You will answer calls, assist with trip planning, and support passengers at the transfer center with a friendly, customer-focused approach.

The role is full-time with a comprehensive benefits package and a weekly pay schedule. Work hours are Monday–Friday, with location at 415 Zarfoss Drive, York, PA.

Qualifications

• Call handling required; experience in delivering polite, professional service.
• Ability to assist riders with trip planning and information.
• Experience resolving customer issues and managing reservations.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 10:30 AM - 7 PM

Our customer service department operates Monday thru Friday 7 AM - 7 PM and Saturdays 8 AM - 4 PM.

Calls are organized in our queue system, and as a customer service representative, you'll answer with politeness and professionalism, creating a lasting impression and fostering ridership. You'll play a pivotal part in making public transit more accessible, by offering information about our services and assisting with trip planning. Your responsibilities also include using computers to manage customers' trip reservations, resolving issues, handling fare collections, assisting at the transfer center with face to face customer service and contributing to community outreach.
