Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Answer the phone or assist carry‑out customers politely and courteously.
• Maintain a perfect image when interacting with customers.
• Follow the customer WOW steps: (1) Apologize, (2) Give what the customer wants, (3) Offer an extra.
• For pizza makers: count pepperoni and ham on every order daily, regardless of quantity.
• Never clear pizzas before they are ready to enter the oven.
• Drivers: keep at least $1 in coin change on every delivery and say “Let me get your change” on every order.
• Drivers may not carry more than $20 on the clock, including personal money.
• All employees must keep weapons, including pocket knives, out of the workplace.
• Driver vehicles must remain neat, clean, and display a positive image.
• Drivers must not be routed or checked in early for delivery.
• Pizza makers must wash hands before making products.
• Follow only the proper procedure for products.
• All drivers must complete Safe Delivery CBT.
• Repeat each order for accuracy, and confirm name and address.
