Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet potential members, sign up new members, check in members, give tours, and handle member account changes with a positive attitude.

You will deliver excellent customer service, use basic computer systems, listen actively, solve problems, and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment while standing most of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.

• Assist with information calls and account changes as required.
