Talentify in New York is seeking a customer service associate to talk with customers, answer questions, resolve issues, and support order entry and education about products and services.

The role requires reading and interpreting orders, basic pharmacy terminology, teamwork, and the ability to train colleagues; requires a high school diploma or GED and computer entry skills; lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

This employee communicates with customers for the purposes of answering questions, resolving problems, determining ongoing and additional product/service needs, and supporting compliance to physician direction.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system
• Assess customer need for additional products/services
• Assess customer compliance with physician orders
• Answers questions and provides customer education regarding products/services
• Documents calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enters customer orders in computerized system
• Verifies and updates demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records
• Offering $16.00- $23.00 per hour
