Job summary

Talentify is seeking a customer service representative in Virginia to handle inbound and outbound calls, determine additional product/service needs, and ensure compliance with physician orders. The role includes educating customers about products/services and documenting interactions in the system.

Candidates should be able to analyze patient orders, understand pharmacy terminology, and assist with training.
