Job summary

Lincare in Mississippi is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will communicate with customers to answer questions, resolve problems, and determine ongoing product/service needs in alignment with physician directions.

You will document calls, enter orders, verify and update demographic information in our computerized systems, and educate customers about available products and services to support compliant care.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting customers with product/services.
• Ability to update and verify customer information.
• Familiarity with computerized record systems.
