Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in Fremont, MI in their search for a Consumer Service Representative. This role offers a great opportunity to advance customer service skills within a winning culture and Adecco perks.

Pay is $17.17 per hour with a Mon-Fri daytime shift (start between 10am–2pm), 40 hours per week, and weekend work. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, EAP, commuter benefits, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Previous call center, customer service, or consumer support experience.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Experience handling customer complaints and service recovery.
