This role supports account opening, onboarding, maintenance, and brokerage account servicing within a hybrid schedule and a professional banking/financial services environment. You will handle first-contact resolutions, process routine transactions, collaborate with branch offices and centers, and ensure compliance while delivering client-centric service.

Provide first-contact resolution for account opening, client onboarding, account maintenance, and brokerage account support while delivering exceptional customer service.
Process routine operational transactions including new account setup, data entry, documentation review, and account maintenance activities.
Partner with Client Associates, Branch offices, contact centers, and participants to ensure timely and accurate account servicing.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while identifying risks and supporting operational excellence.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service, banking, financial services, operations, or account maintenance experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide client-centric solutions and support internal and external customers.
Proven decision-making abilities, risk management skills, and a demonstrated track record of delivering results for clients.
Excellent organizational, teamwork, and multitasking skills; quick learner who can work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days onsite per week in Tampa, FL.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future sponsorship.
Pay: $22.12 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Assignment Length: 6-Month Assignment
Location: Hybrid in Tampa, FL (minimum 3 days onsite per week)

Pay Details: $22.12 per hour
