Prime Plumbing Inc. in Florida is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at one location in Umatilla. The role involves handling client information, entering data into our dispatch system, and routing calls to the appropriate staff.

This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for professional growth. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, proficient typing and MS Office skills, and solid communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service is required.
• ServiceTitan familiarity is preferred.
• Good typing speed with accuracy.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer, receive and document client information and enter it into our dispatch program.
• Route calls to the appropriate staff or technicians as needed.
• Assist Inside and Outside Managers with minor admin tasks.

Currently, we are seeking a Customer Service Rep

Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities are to answer, receive and document client information, load the information into our dispatch program, route calls as needed to specific staff or technicians. This is not a remote position. Additionally, you will be assisting our Inside and Outside Managers with various minor admin tasks as needed. Skill Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service

• A Fluid Typing Speed with Accuracy

Schedule

• 8 hour shift

• Possibly On call (at times)
