Apex Plumbing Solutions, Inc. in Danville, KY is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support residential and commercial clients.

The role emphasizes responsiveness, accuracy, and a customer-first approach in a busy office setting.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional and tactful in sensitive situations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with databases is a plus.
• Dispatching experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range

$15/hr to $18/hr, depending on experience

Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Duties/Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with the dispatch team
• Maintaining accurate customer records and service history
• Processing payments and handling billing inquiries
• Assisting with follow-up on collections and past-due accounts

Required Skills/Abilities

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
