Customer Service Rep (CSR)

Salary: From $15-$18/hr

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibility Summary

Daily responsibilities include answering, receiving, and documenting client information, loading the information into our dispatch program, and routing calls as needed to specific staff or technicians. This is not a remote position. Additionally, you will assist our Inside and Outside Managers with various minor admin tasks as needed. We are an equal opportunity & drug-free workplace employer.

Skill Requirements

• A fluid typing speed with accuracy
• Knowledge in Word, Excel & Microsoft Office
• Organizational & multi-tasking skills

Schedule

8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, possibly on call (at times)
