Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is recruiting a Call Center Representative in Richmond, Virginia for a temporary-to-permanent role. The position handles 35-50 inbound insurance-related calls daily, with training and potential for permanent conversion.

The start date is November 16, 2026, with an initial 1-year contract through November 19, 2027, and a pay rate of $20/hr. Availability from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET is required during training and after.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous financial services or insurance experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional phone etiquette.
• Strong customer service mindset with active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Must be available for the entire first 6 weeks of training with no time off.
• Must have reliable wired internet that meets the required technical specifications.

• Provide customer service support in an inbound contact center with a focus on insurance claims
• Assist customers with initiating claims and answering questions regarding claims, policies, and accounts
