Job summary

U-Haul in Spring Grove, IL is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet customers, assist with rentals and equipment questions, and ensure a smooth experience on every visit.

You’ll use U-Scan technology to manage rentals, hook up trucks and trailers, inspect equipment, and provide accurate invoices while delivering top-notch service. Valid license and HS diploma required; mobility and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
