Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our team, helping customers and ensuring a smooth journey with our equipment. You will assist customers, dispatch and return equipment, and support day-to-day operations with modern U-Scan technology.

Responsibilities include inspecting and moving equipment, answering questions, preparing invoices, and completing safety-certified tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use mobile technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about offerings.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane fill and forklift operation (certifications offered).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education via U-Haul University.
