Park Electrochemical Corp is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for customers and internal teams. You will handle heavy email and data entry, and support the full order lifecycle from quoting to delivery.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and the ability to manage high-volume work while maintaining accuracy. Experience with Excel and Oracle 11i is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must type at least 40 words per minute.
• Strong written communication for quotes, emails, and customer documentation.
• 3-5 years of experience in a fast‑paced customer service or sales support role preferred.
• Ability to organize and prioritize high‑volume work with accuracy and urgency.
• Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Experience preparing quotes is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone (high volume).
• Prepare and process material quotes using Excel.
• Review purchase orders and enter them into Oracle 11i.
• Maintain customer files in compliance with AS9100 requirements.
• Use customer portals to manage orders or approvals.
• Review contracts and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Legal for order approval and terms & conditions.
• Track and expedite customer orders and provide timely updates; communicate issues to internal teams.
• Attend production/WIP meetings and complete follow‑up actions.
• Perform export screenings and communicate ITAR and EAR requirements as needed.
• Support other CSRs and complete additional administrative tasks.
