Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Sales Support Representative in Connecticut to assist the sales team with lead generation, scheduling, and product recommendations. You will enter quotes into Oracle, handle calls, and prepare reports. Construction experience is preferred, and strong communication, math, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Able to prepare professional sales presentations.
• Knowledge of ERP applications (preferably Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist in generating leads.
• Schedule sales meetings and handle incoming calls and walk-ins.
• Enter and finalize quotes into Oracle for customers and reps.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and market analyses.
• Update contact lists of existing and prospective customers.
• Support the sales manager with various duties as assigned.
• Travel locally up to 10% as needed.
