Conductix-Wampfler is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Support Representative to assist customers and internal teams with day‑to‑day activities, including quotes, order inquiries, and cross‑department coordination.

The role emphasizes clear communication, organized handling of multiple requests, and accuracy, with a pathway to hybrid work after training to balance in‑office collaboration and remote days.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with high accuracy.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office365 tools.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to write efficient emails without scripts.
• Ability to work without scripts and think independently.
• High degree of diligence and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle fast pace and interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely parts quotes based on customer requirements and pricing.
• Review inquiries to identify specifications, quantities, and required documentation for quotes.
• Follow up with customers on quote questions and revisions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Planning, Shipping, and other departments to resolve inquiries.
• Provide customers with product availability and order-status information from internal systems.
• Maintain accurate customer and quote records in company systems.
• Document communications and escalate concerns as needed.
• Support incoming customer communications via phone and email.
• Assist with departmental projects and process improvements.
• Support Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives.
