Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to build strong relationships with Hubbell Power Systems customers, lead quotations, and coordinate technical and commercial requirements. You will support field sales, review orders, and resolve AR issues while ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service, experience with Salesforce or SAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hybrid work arrangement and travel as needed are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory or set of accounts to provide outstanding service.
• Review quotations promptly and coordinate with Business Units.
• Organize and address commercial and technical requirements in bids.
• Serve as liaison between Engineering, Marketing, Field Sales and customers.
• Issue finalized quotations and resolve order requirements and discrepancies.
• Identify and grow opportunities within the account base.
• Review purchase orders for clarity and contract compliance.
• Coordinate resolution of customer complaints and return goods.
• Resolve accounts receivable issues and assist credit processes.
